Cat's Bell is a passive item in Bael, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

A bell will occasionally ring, causing everything in the room to freeze in place for 3-7 seconds.

Moving during this duration will deal damage to Isaac.

Successfully staying still will reward Isaac with a random pickup.

After exactly 10 successes, Isaac's reward will be a random item from the Angel Room pool.

Only appears while playing as Bael.
