Cat's Contract is a passive item in Bael, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Instead of room clear rewards, The Cat has a 25% chance to offer a selection of various options that quickly cycle in its mouth.

Possible options include:
• Any type of pickup.
• A random curse.
• Poop.
• A Wet Dice Shard.
• A random item from Bael's offer pool.
• 3 Blue Flies.

Only appears while playing as Bael.
