Cat's Contraband is a passive item in Bael, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Enemies that die have a 33% chance to spawn a smaller duplicate of themselves with less health.

Duplicates have a 5% chance to spawn a pill on death. This chance increases to 25% if the enemy was duplicated more than once.

The chance to spawn a pill scales with luck with a max of 65% at 5 luck.

Only appears while playing as Bael.
