Cat's Egg is a passive item in Bael, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Enemies may spawn with purple eggs orbiting them.

Bosses can have up to 3 purple eggs orbiting them.

Eggs that die hatch into purple dead birds that fly towards Isaac.

Purple dead birds deal contact damage to Isaac and (dmgStat × 2) damage per 3 ticks to other enemies they pass by.

Only appears while playing as Bael.
