Wears a mask of a random quality 4 item until a character approaches.

On pickup Shows a jumpscare if just revealed for an instant.

While held x1.3 damage multiplier.
x1.6 luck multiplier.

Starts Envy level at 1 (MAX:4; MIN:0).

When an item picked directly is higher than quality 2, the level increases; if lower then it decreases.

If the level reaches:
• 2: Loses luck up.
• 3: Loses damage up.
• 4: Over-Q2 items will be replaced by this item.
