Guppy's Body is a passive item in Brown Shapiro's Addons, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Gives Isaac a 10% chance to spawn a Blue Fly when a tear hits the ground. Can only spawn flies when Isaac has less than 8 flies.

The tearsup tag remains from its previous effect and will be removed in the next update.

This item contributes towards the Guppy transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will grant Isaac flight and spawn a Blue Fly 66% of the time when a tear hits an enemy.
