The Red Stone is an active item in Brown Shapiro's Addons, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Creates a small transmutation circle in front of Isaac that deals 10 damage and transmutes pickups (at the cost of half a heart, prioritizing red hearts).

The following transmutations are possible:
• 2 Consumables → 1 Trinket
• 1 Trinket → 1 Consumable
• 2 Trinkets → Quality 0-2 Item Pedestal
• 3 Trinkets → Quality 1-3 Item Pedestal
• 4 Trinkets → Quality 2-3 Item Pedestal
• 5 Trinkets → Quality 3-3 Item Pedestal
• 6 Trinkets → Quality 3-4 Item Pedestal

Transmutation does not cost health if playing as a character without health.
