The Benighted's Burden is a passive item in A Bushel of Burdens & Blessings, a mod for The Binding of Isaac. It is part of the Wilted Blessings submod.

Spawns a shadow Brimstone Grimace in the center of every new room.

It blasts Brimstone in all cardinal directions that damage Isaac for half a heart and enemies, dealing 11 damage per tick (110 per second).

Also attracts Isaac and any projectiles.

Activates the Mega Blast effect at the start of the next run.

This item is exclusive to the Tainted Treasure Rooms mod and may appear within a Tainted Treasure Room as a counterpart of Azazel's Blessing.

Part of the Wilted Blessings mod.
