Tainted Garlin is an unlockable character in Damnation, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

The stat cannot change through most methods. He can only grants slightly stats up upon entering next floor.

Remove random numbers of coins, bombs and keys upon entering next floor.

Open up the hidden Red Door in the Home level as Oucal Garlin.

The following special synergies and interactions for Tainted Garlin have been documented.

Unlocking tainted Garlin will immediately kills Oucal Garlin.
There was even a plan that Oucal Garlin will be locked forever once tainted Garlin is unlocked. This was not carried out finally.

If enabled The Future mod, Steven NPC will say:
"Look at all those forgotten draft paper"
"You've been discarded, like all of them"
"... for long"
"... well, don't you?"
"Don't you wanna kill him?"
