Abortion is a consumable in Damnation, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Remove all familiar items Isaac has.

For every item removed, spawns a random Devil Room item.

If Isaac has multiple of same familiar items, only remove one of them.

Horse pill: Additionally spawns a friendly Super Envy per item removed.
