Baldur's Dice item
Baldur's Dice is an unlockable active item in Damnation, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
On use
Roll a random number between 1 and 20.
• If used in an uncleared room, and the random number is higher than Isaac's shot speed (shot speed, 20 for 0.6 shot speed, and 1 for 2.5+ shot speed), triggers XI - Strength?.
• If used in a cleared room, and the random number is higher than Isaac's sight (range, 20 for 1.0 range, and 1 for 20.0+ range), triggers 
Ansuz.
• If used in a curse room, and the random number is higher than Isaac's speed (20 for 0.1 speed, and 1 for 2.0 speed), triggers 
Algiz.
• If used in a room with item pedestrals, and the random number is higher than Isaac's luck (20 for -2 luck, and 1 for 17+ luck), teleports Isaac to an additional treasure room.
How to unlock?
Defeat Dogma on Reality Mode as Isaac.
