Culture Shock is a passive item in Damnation, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Cannot appear naturally. Only acquirable via the debug console.

All item's quality and craft quality becomes +1.

If the game language is Chinese, all item's quality becomes -1 instead.

noeden	Unavailable as starting items for Eden and Tainted Eden.
hidden	Cannot be obtained naturally.

This item is a reference to the fact that almost all Chinese mods will make OP items with a low quality, while other mods will make ridiculous items with a high quality.
• Most non-Chinese player may complain: Mobile Satellite was only a Q2 item?
• Most Chinese player may complain: Multi Mush worth a Q5 item?!
This even leads to a stereotype that Chinese mod will only make OP effects, while other mods will only make ridiculously weak items.
