Drowned Beggar is an unlockable machine in Damnation, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

33% chance to replace beggars in flooded rooms. Disappear after leaving the room.

Colliding with it will save him up, turning it into the original beggar, and triggers its pay-out for free.

10% chance to drag Isaac down, triggering the fight with Kelpy.

Defeat Dogma on Reality Mode as Tainted Juzzle.

When a beggar was replaced by Drowned Beggar, the Drowned Beggar's entity subtype will becomes the original beggar's variant. E.G., Beggar (6.4.0) may becomes a Drowned Beggar with an id of 6.545.4 (drowned beggar's variant number may vary depending on other mods).

Spawning a drowned beggar with its subtype number not corresponding to any beggars from base game will makes it 100% becoming Kelpy, even if Isaac has Kelpy's Silver Necklace.
