Tainted Lizzy is an unlockable character in Damnation, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

The Whetstone (consumable slot)

Sanguine Bond ( Greed mode exclusive. Innate)

Release a melee attack to collide enemies, dealing 400% Lizzy's damage and inflict Butcher's Mark.

An additional Sacrifice Room may appear in each level. If there's no place for an additional Sacrifice room, it may try to replace Super Secret Room.
No effect in Greed mode.

-5% damage multiplier upon using The Whetstone.

During Whetstone's effect, killing an Butcher Marked enemy with Whetstone or colliding melee attack:
• +1 damage during the effect.
• Reset the Whetstone's effect duration.
• Heals half red heart. If Lizzy has no empty heart container, she will instead gain 1 Sacrifice Heart. (The chance is lower for colliding melee kill)

Sacrifice Heart can only consume damage from spikes.

Item pedestrals has a chance to cycle between the original one and Old Bandage, which can be used to remove damage downs from The Whetstone. Chance is increased with more damage debuffs.

Open up the hidden Red Door in the Home level as Lizzy.
