Oedipus' Fate item
Oedipus' Fate is an unlockable passive item in Damnation, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
+X damage multiplier.
Clearing a room with boss enemies, X +100%.
Clearing a room without bosses, X-15%. For every mom item Isaac has, X-5%.
After defeating Mom with this item, X becomes a fixed value.
How to unlock?
Defeat The Beast as 
Oucal Garlin.
