Totem of Truth is a pickup in Damnation, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Only obtainable via XXI - The Truth.

Each totem has a corresponding completion mark.

When collide, the totem will spawn the reward that is unlocked by the colliding character for that completion mark.

If the completion mark is not fully finished, teleport Isaac to that corresponding floor or room to achieve that completion mark.

e.g. Isaac will get Mom's Knife when collide with Satan's Totem of Truth; Tainted Characters will get their soul stones when collide with Hush or Bossrush Totem of Truth, as long as the soul stone have been unlocked.

Greed Totem of Truth can only appear in Greed Mode or Greedier Mode, and will not teleport Isaac.
