Toumeitou is a trinket in Damnation, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
When an item is spawned, if this item is pulled outside of Ultra Secret Room but also belongs to Ultra Secret Room's itempool, reroll that item into another item from Ultra Secret Room.
