Whitlow is a passive item in Damnation, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Isaac leaves a blood creep behind him which deals 3× Isaac's damage.

-0.001 speed every second.

When Isaac collide with any obstacles, leaves a large blood creep that deals 10× his damage, and instantly -0.15 speed.
This effect will not trigger twice within 5 seconds.

On pickup Adds Nail Clipper to Isaac's consumable slot. If there's already an item in his consumable slot, spawn the Nail Clipper as an item pedestral instead.
