Grants a Curse Doll familiar that orbits Isaac. If there is any enemy in the room, it will try to orbit that enemy instead.

Tears near the Curse Doll familiar get +0.85 damage and a homing effect.

25% chance to inflict a random tear effect from below on tears near the Curse Doll familiar:
