Empathy is a passive item in Daydream all Day, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

On pickup Grants a white inverted cross over Isaac's head that has the same effect with Redemption.

While held Upon Isaac's familiar taking damage, Isaac receives 1 fake damage.

Upon dealing damage, 5% chance for Isaac to receive 1 fake damage.

When Isaac takes 70 damages from this item, it transfers into Redemption, and immediately makes a white inverted cross appear over Isaac's head.

This item contributes towards the Seraphim transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will grant Isaac flight and +3 Soul Hearts.
