Frozen Bombs is a passive item in Daydream all Day, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

+5 bombs.

Makes Isaac's bombs trigger effects upon exploding:
• Deals 100% of Isaac's damage to all enemies.
• Slow down all enemies for 8 seconds.
• Petrifies all non-boss enemies for 3 seconds.
• Grants the Uranus tear effect to Isaac for 8 seconds.
• Freezes the water flow and prevents Deep Gapers from appearing.
• Turns lava-filled pits into solid rock, allowing them to be walked over.
