Lancet is an active item in Daydream all Day, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Removes 1 "sick" heart Isaac has and triggers various effects.

Broken Heart All enemies take 30% HP damage and grants bleeding and weakness to them for 5 seconds.

Golden Heart Turns all enemies in the room into gold for 5 seconds.

Black Heart Triggers The Necronomicon 3 times and inflicts fear on all enemies for 5 seconds. Turns that Black Heart into a Soul Heart.

Rotten Heart Triggers Guppy's Head 3 times and inflicts poison on all enemies for 8 seconds. Turns that Rotten Heart into a Heart.

No effect if no "sick" heart is removed.
