Shadow Binding item
Shadow Binding is a passive item in Daydream all Day, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Enemies will be chained down upon taking damage from Isaac for the first time, taking Flat Damage + 0.7 until that enemy dies.

The effect of this item references to her talent Shadow Weave: After dealing damage to each enemy for the first time, Binds the target for 3 seconds and Steals 50 ATK from them.
