The Endless Wheel of Fortune item
The Endless Wheel of Fortune is an unlockable passive item in Daydream all Day, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Grants a random luck bonus between -25 ~ 25.
Every time Isaac takes damage or clears a room, the luck bonus will change randomly.
If Isaac's luck stat changes, turns the held tarot card into a reversed card if he has negative luck, and vice-versa.
Clearing a room has a 5% chance to additionally spawn a card.
Interacting with machines or beggars has a 30 + LuckStat × 2 chance to spawn an additional 
Penny.
This chance cannot go below 10% or above 50%.
How to unlock?
Use X - Wheel of Fortune or X - Wheel of Fortune? 4 times in one run.
