Throat of Siren item
Throat of Siren is a passive item in Daydream all Day, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Heals friendly enemies or familiars for 50% HP every 15 seconds.
When non-boss enemies die, there is a 5% chance to revive them as friendly enemies with only 20% HP.
Transformations
Leviathan transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will grant Isaac flight and +2 Black Hearts.
