Hemorrhoid is an unlockable passive item in D!Edith, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Isaac's fire rate builds up to +5.0 when standing still.

Standing still for too long will damage Isaac and spawn a red puddle of creep that damages enemies, dealing 2 damage per tick (20 per second).

Defeat Mother as Edith.
