Black Plague item
Black Plague is a passive item in Eclipsed, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
On pickup
Replaces all of Isaac's Red Hearts with Rotten Hearts.
Spawns a black Abyss locust that has a chance to spawn Locust of Death locusts when hitting enemies.
While held
Turns all Blue Flies into Black Locusts.
