Blood V is a passive item in Eclipsed, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

When Isaac enters a room, a bat familiar is spawned that chases enemies that approach him.

The bat can apply bleed to enemies. If an enemy dies from bleeding, it spawns an extra bat familiar for 8 seconds.

Upon taking damage, Isaac spawns 2 bat familiars for 8 seconds.
