Delirious Bum is an unlockable machine in Eclipsed, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Costs 1¢ to play.

Each donation has a 20% chance to pay out. Guaranteed to pay out every 6th donation.

Delirious Bums have a 5% chance to replace Beggars.

Possible payouts
• 25% - random Delirious Pickups: Heart, Coin, Key, Bomb, Battery, Card, Pill, Rune, Cell.
• 70% - random friendly enemy from encountered enemies on the current floor. Spawned enemies persist between rooms and floors.
• 5% - final payout.

Final payout
• +35% chance for an Angel Room.
• Spawns a friendly Boss, similar to the effects of Delirious. The spawned Boss persists between rooms.

When destroyed
• +35% chance for an Angel/Devil Deal.
• Spawns a random Delirious pickup.
