Dream Tiger is a passive item in Eclipsed, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Every 8 seconds spawns a shadow that follow Isaac. Can summon up to 4 shadows at a time.

Isaac can move shadows in the direction of shooting at close range.

The shadows grab enemies and hold them in a place for 5.4 seconds and then apply a fear effect for 5.4 seconds.

+0.4 damage while the enemy is held by the shadow.
