Elder Sign is an active item in Eclipsed, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Creates a pentagram for 3 seconds at the location where Isaac is standing.

A green tentacle attacks enemies that enter the pentagram.

The tentacle kills non-boss enemies and attacks bosses 3 times, dealing 12 damage per hit.

Every enemy killed inside the pentagram summons a Purgatory ghost that targets the nearest enemy and explodes.
