Fool of Hearts trinket
Fool of Hearts is an unlockable trinket in Eclipsed, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Holding the drop button will drop both the trinket and Isaac's red hearts onto the ground.
Will leave Isaac with at least 1 full red heart, or none if he has other types of hearts.
How to unlock?
Complete the [Eclipsed] Heartcarver challenge.
