Inner Demon is an active item in Eclipsed, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

After the first use, a 6-minute and 6-second timer will be displayed above Isaac's head. Isaac must clear 24 rooms in order to spawn 2 items from Devil Room item pool and 2 Black Hearts.

If the timer runs out before clearing 24 rooms, 3 Broken Hearts will be added.

The item cannot be recharged by Batteries.

If used while the timer is running, Isaac takes a full heart of self-damage, activates x2 charge Larynx and increases the number of cleared rooms by +1.

The timer ticks regardless of whether Isaac has the item or not.
