Lilac Clef is an unlockable trinket in Eclipsed, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

10% chance to shoot a purple cursed tear, max at 13 luck with 75%.

When cursed tear hits an enemy, applies Cursed status effect for 3 seconds. Cursed enemies take x2 damage, and slowed down.

It also affects Isaac's non-tear damaging sources.

Grants a 16% chance to summon a tentacle when Isaac takes damage.

The tentacle kills non-boss enemies and attacks bosses 3 times, dealing 12 damage per hit.
