Spawns a familiar that follows Isaac around and summons a demonic familiar every 7 or 8 rooms alternatingly.

• Demon Baby.
• Lil Brimstone.
• Lil Abaddon.
• Incubus.
• Succubus.
• Leech.
• Twisted Pair.

Summoned familiars disappear on the next floor.

Defeat Ultra Greedier as Unbidden.

This item contributes towards the Conjoined transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will make Isaac shoot in 3 directions at the cost of -0.3 damage and -0.3 tears.
