Pomegranate trinket
Pomegranate is a trinket in Eclipsed, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
When collecting red hearts, Isaac has a 50% chance to turn them into random red Book of Virtues wisps:
• 
Half Heart → 1 red wisp.
• 
Heart → 2 red wisps.
• 
Double Heart → 4 red wisps.
