Red Lotus is an unlockable passive item in Eclipsed, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
+3 Broken Hearts.
At the start of the floor removes 1 Broken Heart and grants:
+1.0 flat damage.
Multiple copies of this item multiplies added damage, but only 1 Broken Heart per floor will be removed.
How to unlock?
Defeat Delirium as Unbidden.
