Spike Collar item
Spike Collar is a passive item in Eclipsed, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Activates Razor Blade instead of taking damage. Cannot block damage from spikes and self-sacrifice mechanics.
+1.2 damage for the current room.
The first damage taken in the room will always be for a full heart.
