Threshold item
Threshold is an active item in Eclipsed, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Turns Lemegeton wisps into real items.
The items are displayed over Isaac's head, cycling one after another - only the item that is currently displayed will have its wisp converted.
Activates the Black Rune effect.
