Chaos Emeralds is an unlockable active item in Elitium, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Activates one of the chaotic effects listed below:
• 12.66% → Spawns Bob's Brain for one room, and uses VI - The Lovers.
• 12.66% → Uses Free Lemonade and The Hourglass.
• 12.66% → Uses Friend Finder and grants 4x Twisted Pair.
• 12.66% → Uses Book of Secrets, spawns YO LISTEN!, and 4x Angelic Prism for one room.
• 12.66% → Destroys all obstacles in the room. Has a 20% chance to also use VI - The Lovers?.
• 12.66% → Uses I - The Magician and Holy Outburst, as well as multiple uses of Isaac's Tears.
• 12.66% → Grants Fire Mind and uses The Pinking Shears 3 times.
• 5.06% → Teleports to a random room of any type. Also counts boss room from IV - The Emperor?.
• 5.06% → Uses Glowing Hourglass and Guppy's Head.
• 1.27% → Uses I - The Magician, grants invulnerability for 100, and sets speed to 2 for 100 seconds.

This item contributes towards the Seraphim transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will grant Isaac flight and +3 Soul Hearts.

This item contributes towards the Leviathan transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will grant Isaac flight and +2 Black Hearts.
