Psychopathic item
Psychopathic is an unlockable passive item in Elitium, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Grants +0.3 flat damage for every 27 enemies killed.
Kill count increases only if enemies have more than 12 HP.
The amount of enemies needed for the next stat increase is represented with a large icon next left of the map that fills with blood.
How to unlock?
Defeat Delirium as 
Enty.
Transformations
Leviathan transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will grant Isaac flight and +2 Black Hearts.
