Cardboard Cutout is an unlockable familiar in Epiphany, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Grants a cardboard familiar that shoots tears 1.43 times per second that deal 3.5 damage.

The tears may be one of the following:
• 5% → Poop tears that turn non-boss enemies into poop.
• 5% → Piss tears that spawn yellow creep when they hit an enemy, dealing 8 damage per tick (24 per second).
• 20% → Booger tears that stick to enemies similar to Nose Goblin.
• 35% → Dead Tooth tears that deal poison enemies similar to Black Tooth.
• 35% → Bone tears that ricochet toward nearby enemies up to 4 times.

Defeat Delirium as Tarnished ???.

This item contributes towards the Conjoined transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will make Isaac shoot in 3 directions at the cost of -0.3 damage and -0.3 tears.
