Fly Trap is an unlockable passive item in Epiphany, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Special rooms will spawn a random-colored Bag of Flies which spawns 2-4 flies of the same color when picked up:
• Arcade: Magnetic
• Secret/Super Secret/Ultra Secret Room: Psychic
• Angel Room: Holy
• Planetarium: Icy
• Sacrifice Room/Black Market: War
• Library: Famine
• Challenge Room: Conquest
• Treasure Room: random bag
• Curse Room: Poison
• Devil Room: Death
• Shop/Chest Room: Golden
• I AM ERROR: Random

Complete the [Epiph] Emperor Of Flies challenge.

This item contributes towards the Beelzebub transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will grant Isaac flight, converts small enemy flies into Blue Flies, and permanently charms larger enemy flies.
