Autopsy Kit is a trinket in Fiend Folio, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Coins dropped from destroying Shopkeepers get replaced by one of the following heart types based on the replaced coin value: Half Heart, Heart, or Bone Heart.

The replacement scheme is as follows:
• Penny: 60% Half Heart; 35% Red Heart; 5% Bone Heart.
• Nickel: 75% Red Heart; 25% Bone Heart.
• Dime: 100% Bone Heart.
• Double Penny: 0% Half Heart; 90% Red Heart; 10% Bone Heart.
• Lucky Penny: 100% Bone Heart.
• Sticky Nickel: 40% Half Heart; 40% Red Heart; 20% Bone Heart.
• Golden Penny: 100% Bone Heart.
• Every other coin type: 50% Half Heart; 35% Red Heart; 15% Bone Heart.
