Upon entering a new room, grants 1 out of 9 total effects from a rotating list, following the order as listed down below.

Noisy! -- It's just foley!

Replaces various sound effects with cartoonish ones.

Your FOEs felt at ease. -- Their defense dropped!

Affects all enemies in the room with Bruising, causing them to take +1 extra damage from all sources.

Awkward! -- Your FOEs will hurt you rapidly!

Affects Isaac with Bruising, reducing his invincibility frames after taking damage.

Tranquil! -- Your defense raised!

Grants the effects of the Percs! pill, reducing all damage taken to half a heart.

What! -- It's just a useless fly!

Spawns a neutral Fly with red arrows pointing to it.

Warm! -- It felt comforting!

+1 Half Red Heart.

Dizzy! -- Your HP got jumbled up!

Unimplemented: no effect.

Careful! -- Your FOEs got powered up!

Grants the effects of the Addicted! pill, causing Isaac to take a full heart of damage from all sources.

Fiendish! -- A perfect 10!

Spawns an Immoral Heart.
