Shard of China is an unlockable trinket in Fiend Folio, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Grants an additional 3-heart health bar that is visible when near a Red Heart pickup, or by holding the map button. This health bar can be filled by overhealing, i.e. picking up Red Hearts when Isaac is already at full health.

Each additional bar filled grants +0.5 flat damage, up to a total of +1.5.

When the bar is fully filled, the trinket will be smelted, making the damage increase permanent, and the additional health bar will no longer be accessible.
