Acheron item
Acheron is an unlockable passive item in Fiend Folio: RELOADED, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Killing an enemy has a chance of granting a random Devil Room item for 90 seconds.
The chance is not based per enemy, but rather on total damage dealt over time, similar to how 4.5 Volt works.
It is equal to 6 times the 4.5 Volt's requirements to gain 1 charge.
How to unlock?
Defeat ???, The Lamb, Mega Satan, Mother, The Beast, Delirium, or Ultra Greedier in Fiend Folio as 
Tainted Bethany.
