Golden Watch is an unlockable passive item in Fiend Folio: RELOADED, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Can be given to any beggar to make it instantly pay out its final reward, and additionally spawn a bunch of pickups based on the type of beggar.

Isaac will automatically hold up the watch when near a beggar. Touching the beggar will hand over the watch automatically.

When given to a beggar, the Golden Watch will reappear in a Shop, being sold for an inflated price.

When purchased from a Shop, the item will grant Isaac a damage multiplier based on the price it was purchased for. For example, if purchased for 17¢, it will grant a x1.17 damage multiplier.

The value of the Golden Watch is stored within the item itself. Giving it again to a new beggar and purchasing it again will keep increasing its price and damage multiplier.

If given to a Evil Beggar, the Golden Watch will instead reappear inside a Devil Deal and be sold for 1-2 heart containers. Purchasing it from here will grant a x1.5 damage multiplier, regardless of its price.

Giving it to a Devil Beggar has a 25% chance of the above effect occurring, indicated by black smoke and a different sound.

If given to a Dealer, the Golden Watch will be sold at a much higher price, 3 times the usual one.

If given to a Poker Table and Isaac wins, the Golden Watch will instantly be returned and will grant a x1.3 damage multiplier (the value of the Golden Watch increases by 30¢). The Poker Table will disappear.

The following pickups are spawned based on what type of beggar the Golden Watch was given to:

Defeat ???, The Lamb, Mega Satan, Mother, The Beast, Delirium, or Ultra Greedier in Fiend Folio as Keeper.
