Blastulation is an unlockable passive item in Fiend Folio: RELOADED, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

+0.1 flat damage for every friendly Embryo.

Makes all Embryo enemies permanently charmed.

Grants a 30% chance to spawn 1 of 40 unique types of Embryo when an enemy dies, or a 100% chance if the enemy is a boss.

The chance is increased by +10% for champion enemies and by +2% per point of luck.

Enemies spawned by other enemies have a 50% reduced chance of spawning Embryos.

No more than 15 Embryos can be alive at a time.

Some Embryos are rarer than others, having a 75% lower chance of spawning. For bosses, they only have a 25% lower chance.

For every 5 unique Embryos collected, a counter will be displayed. Collecting all 40 Embryos will release fireworks and display a text mentioning that all Embryos have been found.

Defeat ???, The Lamb, Mega Satan, Mother, The Beast, Delirium, or Ultra Greedier in Fiend Folio as Tainted Lilith.
