The Pyx item
The Pyx is an active item in Fiend Folio: RELOADED, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Inflicts the Excommunicated status effect on all enemies except the one with the highest amount of HP.
The status effect is inflicted for 6 seconds, and damage inflicted is equal to Isaac's damage.
If multiple enemies with the same amount of HP are present in the room, one of them will be chosen at random.
